Day 1 — Welcome to Yellowknife

Touch down in Yellowknife, a vibrant northern capital nestled beside Great Slave Lake. A warm meet-and-greet and private shuttle awaits you to your downtown hotel. Once checked in, get fitted with your winter gear, your essential armor for the chilly adventures ahead. In the evening, gather for a cozy welcome briefing with local insights into the breathtaking Aurora Borealis.

Day 2 — Discover Yellowknife + Cozy Aurora Cabin

Fuel your morning with local flavor before embarking on your selected cultural tour:

Yellowknife City Tour: Visit key landmarks including the Legislative Assembly, Buffalo Airways hangar, local neighborhoods, and NWT’s diamond facilities

Ice Road Tour: Drive across the Great Slave Lake’s ice road to Dettah village, with scenic photo stops and a chance to listen to the sounds of the cracking ice

Indigenous Storytelling: Guided visit to the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre with personal stories from a Dene guide reflecting on life and culture

Day 4 — Leisure & Aurora Hunt

Spend your final day at your own pace—stroll through Yellowknife’s charming downtown or opt for a hands-on experience at a local glass etching workshop. Tonight’s grand finale is an exciting Aurora Hunt. Climb aboard a heated van with an expert Indigenous guide who’ll lead you to the region’s best-kept secret viewing spots, far from any city lights.

Day 5 — Departure
